Preliminary report released on Air India plane crash shows fuel cutoff

A preliminary report on last month's deadly Air India plane crash found that an unexpected fuel cutoff occurred after liftoff. The plane was bound for London when it crashed moments after takeoff, killing at least 270 people. CBS News transportation safety expert and analyst Robert Sumwalt has more.
