'Pak can't win war against India': Ex-CIA officer says US paid millions to ISI; claims Musharraf was Washington's man

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou stated Pakistan cannot win a conventional war against India and that provoking New Delhi hurts its own interests. He claimed the US "bought" cooperation from Pakistan's Pervez Musharraf with millions in aid, while the ISI continued terror activities against India. Kiriakou also alleged the Pentagon once controlled Pakistan's nukes.
