Oklahoma governor vetoes bill to allow adults to carry gun without a license

The Republican governor of Oklahoma, one of the nation's reddest states, vetoed a bill late Friday that would have permitted adults to carry firearms without a permit.The veto marked a rare defeat for the NRA over gun legislation in a conservative state.
