'Explosive samples were being forwarded ? ': Govt calls J&K police station blast 'accidental' ? what the MHA said

An accidental explosion at Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar killed nine people and injured 27 others. The blast occurred while processing a large cache of explosive substances and chemicals recovered during a terror module investigation.
